- Infrastructure providers: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage).
- AI model providers: OpenAI, for processing AI evaluation tasks (data is not used for training without consent).
- Payment processor: Stripe, for billing.
- Email provider: Amazon SES, for transactional emails.
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to handle your data securely.
7. International Transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
